In 2005 and 2006, the Association des courtiers et agents immobiliers du Québec launched a major televised information campaign to promote its public protection mission and the often misunderstood and underestimated role played by real estate brokers and agents in a real estate transaction. In all, 35 French capsules and four English capsules were produced. Each is about a minute long and deals with the most frequently-asked question of the Info ACAIQ Telephone Information Center.
